Replacement Policy

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • You must bring or show the invoice or memo
  • You MUST change the products before you use

The following Goods cannot be changed:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • If there is smell of sweat, or bad smell or the product having dirt will not applicable to exchange or change
  • If there is tear, any line, made up ink it won’t be exchangeable 
  • If you iron the product or wash it won’t be exchangeable 
  • If the product is cut, fitted it won’t be exchangeable 

We reserve the right to refuse replacement of any customer that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be replaced. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be replaced. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Payment Policy

We allow cash on delivery. Risk free shopping. Pay cash after getting the  products on your hand. Customers can choose the Cash on Delivery method for payment upon receiving the product. Our authorized logistic company collect payments.

Additionally, we offer Mobile Financial Services (MFS) to make the payment for advance delivery charge and confirm the order.
